* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 579 West Side Hills on the 
  Coastal Range. Fire weather zone 580 San Joaquin Valley. 

* WIND...GUSTING TO 20 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...15% OR LESS THROUGH MONDAY EVENING.

* HIGHEST THREAT...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES LEADING TO EASIER FIRE
  STARTS. 

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
