  Nearshore and Open waters from Willowick OH to Conneaut OH...



* Until 930 PM EDT.



* At 803 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing

  waterspouts was located 12 nm north of Fairport Harbor, moving east

  at 25 knots.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 

           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 

           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Ashtabula, Geneva-On-The-Lake, and Conneaut.

  N. Edisto Nearshore Reef, moving southeast at 15 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.
