* Until 1100 PM CDT.



* At 1001 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Port Arthur,

  moving southeast at 30 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Sabine Pass 10, West Cameron 45, Port Arthur, West Cameron 53, West

  Cameron 48, and The Mouth Of The Sabine River.
