At 1009 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line

extending from near Bristol to near Weston Mills. Movement was east

at 50 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 

         unsecured objects.



Locations impacted include...

Auburn, Hornell, Seneca Falls, Bath, Waterloo, Penn Yan, Hector,

Romulus, Fayette, and Sennett.

...Slick Roads Developing from Steady Snow...



Snow is falling light to moderate with temperatures near freezing.

This is resulting in roads becoming snow covered and slick if

untreated. This is mainly impacting areas in the St. John Valley

and Fish River Lakes Region. This is impacting Route 1, 1A, 161 

and Route 11. Use extra caution, allow extra braking distance 

through noon today if traveling to and from the St. John Valley 

until temperatures can warm by midday.
