An additional 0.5 to 1 inch of rain is expected into late Friday morning as this system pushes out of the area. Highest rain amounts are expected for Baranof and Admiralty Islands, with locally lower or higher amounts possible due to terrain effects. Heaviest rainfall rates will come to an end through Friday morning with intermittent rain showers continuing through Friday afternoon across the area.
