line extending from near Littlestown to near Taneytown to

Walkersville, moving southeast at 20 mph.



Gusty winds of 40 to 45 mph and heavy downpours are possible with 

this developing line of storms. This comes with a shift over to 

northwest winds.



Locations impacted include...

Westminster, Eldersburg, Taneytown, Hampstead, Walkersville,

Manchester, Gamber, New Windsor, Woodsboro, Union Bridge,

Libertytown, Finksburg, Carrollton, Upperco, Winfield, New Midway,

southwest of Bluemont, moving southeast at 25 mph.

this line of storms.

Harry Grove Stadium, Ballenger Creek, Mount Airy, Purcellville,

Through 7 pm, a cluster of strong showers and thunderstorms will 

move northwestward at 15 knots, through the distant Florida Straits 

from the Marquesas Keys to the Dry Tortugas. This activity will 

produce wind gusts near 30 knots, bouts of lightning, and blinding 

downpours. Elsewhere, isolated showers will be found primarily on 

the nearshore waters from the Lower Keys to the Dry Tortugas, as well

as, on the deep gulf waters west of Cape Sable.
