Through 300 pm, scattered showers with isolated thunderstorms

associated with conglomerating cloud streamers will continue to 

develop north of the Lower and Middle Keys. This activity will drift

to the north at near 5 knots. Mariners encountering the strongest

activity north of a line from Sugarloaf Key To Big Pine Key can

expect moderate to heavy downpours reducing visibility and a few

cloud to surface lightning strikes. Waterspouts also cannot be ruled

out. Mariners are reminded that a waterspout would most likely 

appear beneath a dark, flat bottom of a building cumulus line, just 

at the hint of rain.
