The areas affected include...

  Detroit River...



At 929 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable

of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located

along a line extending from 9 nm west of The Ambassador Bridge to

near Wyandotte to near Lake Erie Metropark Harbor, moving east at 35

knots.

  Elizabeth Park Marina, The Ambassador Bridge, Wyandotte, Grosse 

  Ile, and Gibraltar around 935 AM EDT.

  Belle Isle around 945 AM EDT.



Other locations impacted by strong thunderstorms include Gibraltar.

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,

and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately

until these storms pass.
