Between 0.75 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in the Gallinas Creek watershed northwest of El Porvenir and Gallinas and Upper Tecolote Creek watershed northwest of Mineral Hill. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. At 547 PM, emergency management officials reported Greenridge Road at St. Ives Road was flooded in North Charleston with a stalled car. Other roadways are likely flooded in parts of the warning area.
