Humidity values were rising into the 20 to 30% range this evening

and as a result red flag warning criteria is not longer expected.

Gusty north winds however will continue overnight with a 40-70% 

chance that wind gusts of 40 mph or higher will be possible 

through midnight near the Oklahoma border.

DRY, AND WINDY CONDITIONS FOR PARTS OF WESTERN OKLAHOMA AND 

WESTERN NORTH TEXAS...



The cold front has begun to move through Harper and Woods county

with north winds and cooler temperatures. Relative humidity has 

also increased with cooling surface temperatures. Breezy south

winds will persist ahead of the front through the next few hours

with gusts up to 40 to 50 mph. A wind shift behind the front is

expected with north winds that could be gusty up to 50 mph 

directly behind the boundary before diminishing in speed overnight.
