Light southeast winds may occur from 6-8am, but northeast winds will rapidly increase after daybreak. Winds are expected to be similar in magnitude as Monday, potentially a few mph weaker as well as shorter lived. Offshore winds will weaken some into the early afternoon, then onshore flow reversal is expected to occur rapidly between 1-3pm, slightly early than Monday. Similar wind speeds are expected from the onshore winds Tuesday afternoon compared to Monday. On Tuesday night winds will be relatively light between 9pm and midnight before southeast to east flow increase slightly. The Santa Susana mountains will see northeast winds gusting to 25 mph overnight and into Wednesday morning, so there is a chance ridgetop winds in the burn area see northeast winds gust as high as 25 mph from midnight to around 9am Wednesday. More pronounced onshore flow is expected Wednesday, likely 5-10 mph stronger than Tuesday. .TUESDAY... Sky/weather.........Sunny, except smoky. Max temperature.....81-85.
