This area of high pressure will exit across southern Minnesota this morning, with increasing winds out of the south to south-southeast late this morning into this afternoon. Winds of 8 to 10 mph tonight will increase to 10 to 16 mph with gusts of 20 to 25 mph from late Thursday morning through the rest of the day.
