This area of high pressure will exit across southern Minnesota this morning, with increasing winds out of the south late this morning into this afternoon. Relative humidity will fall to near 38 percent (about 12 percent lower than Tuesday). Winds of 8 to 10 mph tonight will increase to 10 to 16 mph with gusts of 20 to 35 mph from late Thursday morning through the rest of the day.
